Cindy Lai was appointed the Department of Medicine Gold-Headed Cane Endowed Education Chair in Internal Medicine. 

Katie Raffel has joined the growing group of physician leaders of UCSF Health Lean Champions and will lead training workshops with our teams and trainees in continuous improvement strategies. Champions are intended to support and enhance the impact of colleagues and improvement teams who are solving problems and enacting change.
