Michelle Cai Quality Improvement Specialist for the UCSF Division of Hospital Medicine (DHM). She received her B.A. in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and has a strong interest in human-centered design. Prior to joining DHM, Michelle served as the Research Analyst/Operations Manager for the UCSF Institute for Global Health Sciences. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking around the Bay Area and reading (healthcare/medicine and WWII memoirs are her genres of choice).
