DHM Patient and Family Advisory Council's First Meeting

DHM Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) hosted their first meeting on September 26th. PFAC will meet every 4-6 weeks and consists of former patients and their family members. The group is excited to begin partnering with DHM to offer their unique perspective and creative ideas to improve the work they are doing every day.
