Inaugural Research Director of Age Friendly Health System

James Harrison will be the inaugural Research Director of UCSF Health’s Age Friendly Health System (AFHS). UCSF was one of the first health systems nationally to commit to this initiative seeking to provide high quality, evidence-based care, to all older adults.  In this role, James will provide strategic direction and support to facilitate age-friendly research within, and across, disciplines and sites of care at UCSF Health. He will work closely with the Medical and Nursing Directors of the AFHS, Stephanie Rogers MD and Sasha Binford RN, PhD. To learn more, or get involved in age-friendly research, please contact James.
