Medicine COBIE Leaders

Kristen Kipps, Jess Fuller, Rashmi Manjunath, and Adria Jimenez Bacardi were selected to lead the Medicine COBIE (COmpetency-Based Immersion Experience). The COBIEs are innovative, specialty-specific curricula within Coda, the capstone course for the UCSF School of Medicine. The COBIE directors and assistant directors serve as the Internal Medicine (IM) content ambassadors for the course – designing the curriculum for students who have matched in IM; helping to identify IM faculty facilitators; and guiding the IM-specific content that the entire graduating class will receive. Kristen and Jess will serve as Directors, and Rashmi and Adria as Assistant Directors. The medicine-bound UCSF students are deeply fortunate to have such skilled and dynamic educators at the helm.
