Biruk Tammru is the Project Manager for HEAL Initiative’s California program. He is an experienced strategist with a keen focus on innovation in public health.  He is deeply invested in advancing equity and justice to underserved and underrepresented communities in health. Biruk is galvanized to apply and expand this belief and principle to the state he calls home through the HEAL California Program.
