Allison Bond, MD

Assistant Professor

Dr. Allison Bond is an Infectious Disease and Hospital Medicine physician with academic interests in clinical reasoning, medical education, and the treatment and prevention of infectious diseases (ID) among patients being cared for by non-ID clinicians. She directs the Department of Medicine Grand Rounds, a weekly educational conference for faculty, trainees and the public featuring cutting-edge innovations at UCSF and beyond, as well as Cases & Conundrums, a learning conference for Hospital Medicine faculty at UCSF Health. Dr. Bond attends on the Hospital Medicine and Infectious Disease inpatient services and is also a primary care doctor for people living with HIV.
